Mr. Berlusconi keeps saying that he is well appreciated internationally. Of course he says so from his controlled televisions. Mr. Frattini, the Foreign minister for Affairs says that no colleague ever mentions to him what the Italian press (all communists) claims about his boss' behaviour.
